"Hi Everyone! Thank you all so much for your kind words on Saturday night, the many appreciative emails, and the beautiful floral arrangements that I've received over the past few days. We really were a special class! I would like to thank Christine Chenevert-Joray for the absolutely stunning floral arrangements for the reunion. Christine was booked on a flight to California that night, and couldn't attend, and she wanted so badly for a part of her to be there. Her flowers were works of art and I hope everyone got to appreciate them. Second, I'd like to thank Tammy Kirk for a gorgeous 10th Reunion scrapbook, our upcoming directory, our "Here and Now" boards that we'll have to save for our 25th (LOL), and of course, many, many late night conversations. Next, I'd like to thank Sylvia Park who created our Yahoo! group and who gave me the idea about nametags with our senior pictures on them. Thank you to Julie Nielsen for creating the nametags... they were the best! They really started the night out on such a high note and we never came down from there! I hope at some point you all got to read the memorial book in dedication of four of our classmates who had passed away. I just knew that Emily Nielsen was the right person for this job, and I was literally in tears when I read her very touching and personal tribute to them. Emily, you're an amazing person, and I thank you so much for such a beautiful dedication. John Phillips... thank you so much for going with me to visit facilities, for going on bank visits, for going to all of the Poughkeepsie Tennis Club meetings, for responding to my many emails, and for basically doing whatever I asked! Thanks for all of your support. Last, thank you so much to Gary Dufner who created our very own class website! At the 10 year reunion, most people didn't even have email addresses, and now we have arlington87.com. Gary, you're amazing! I still can't believe all of the work he has put and is putting into this site. I'm looking forward to seeing pictures and reading some special moments from the reunion. Thank you, Gary, you went above and beyond!!! What a wonderful night, class of 1987! Thanks for remaining some of the most wonderful people I know. The only negative thing that I heard was that is was too short, and I agree. We'll try to do a few more things next time, but I'll be calling everyone for help!
